Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how the Cypriot Enterprise Link, a registered Society under the Laws of the Republic of Cyprus, (the “CEL”) handles refunds, exchanges and membership cancellations. 

Refunds

CEL cannot refund its Customers or Members for any ticket purchased for any of the Events of CEL (including Insights Conference and other paid events organised by CEL from time to time). In case of a full cancellation of an event, the full ticket price will be returned to you. 

Exchanges

The final date by which you are eligible to transfer your event ticket to someone else is 7 (seven) working days prior to the Event. In case you wish to transfer your ticket to a third person please send us an email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. within the timeframe specified above, stating your name, the Event, the ticket number (if any), the name of the person to whom the ticket should be transferred as well as his Passport/ID number. 

Membership

CEL cannot refund membership subscriptions made online at http://www.projectcel.com/. CEL does not offer prorate refunds or partial refunds. However, if you wish to cancel your membership, all benefits of membership are withdrawn immediately.
