CEL owes its existence to a large number of supporters and donors. Every initiative has been carefully designed to preserve resources as well as give back to the various communities that tries to serve. Besides some honorable exceptions, CEL events have always been free of charge, aiming to neutralize the barrier of entry to people from all walks of life.
